						<section><p>In any case in which a <span class="dictionary">defendant</span> is found not guilty of any <span class="dictionary">offense</span> after a <span class="dictionary">trial</span> in a juvenile and domestic relations district court at which <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of the <span class="dictionary">defendant</span>&#x2019;s mental condition at the time of the alleged <span class="dictionary">offense</span> was introduced in accordance with &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Evidence of defendant's mental condition admissible; notice to Commonwealth" href="/19.2-271.6/">19.2-271.6</a>, <span class="dictionary">the court</span> shall make available to the <span class="dictionary">defendant</span> information provided by the <span class="dictionary">community services</span> board in accordance with &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Information about services to be made available to courts" href="/37.2-513/">37.2-513</a> regarding services provided by the <span class="dictionary">community services</span> board and how such services may be accessed.</p></section></text><history>2023, cc. 217, 218.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
