						<section id="a"><p><span class="prefix-number">a.</span> A general district <span class="dictionary">court</span> <span class="dictionary">judge</span> or juvenile and domestic relations district <span class="dictionary">court</span> <span class="dictionary">judge</span> elected as a full-time <span class="dictionary">judge</span> for a term commencing on or after July 1, 1980, shall be prohibited from engaging in the practice of <span class="dictionary">law</span>. <a id="paragraph-246211" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/16.1-69.12/#a"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
