						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">judge</span> of each district <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall have management responsibility over the collection and distribution of all funds received by such <span class="dictionary">court</span>; provided, however, that no <span class="dictionary">judge</span> or clerk shall incur personal liability for a shortage in such funds unless such shortage is a result of his <span class="dictionary">negligence</span>, failure to exercise appropriate supervision or intentional misconduct.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 511.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
