						<section><p>The Committee on District <span class="dictionary">Courts</span> shall fix the salaries for the clerks and personnel of the district <span class="dictionary">courts</span>. Any county or city may supplement the salaries of the clerks and other personnel of the district <span class="dictionary">court</span> wholly out of local funds. However, no supplements may be paid to full-time district <span class="dictionary">court</span> <span class="dictionary">judges</span> or substitute <span class="dictionary">judges</span>.
