						<section><p>Each county and city having a general district <span class="dictionary">court</span> or juvenile and domestic relations district <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall provide suitable quarters for such <span class="dictionary">court</span> and its clerk and social services staff and a suitable room or rooms for the sessions of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> at the places designated for such purpose, except that if the <span class="dictionary">court</span> of a county is held in a city or town, other than the county seat, such city or town shall provide a suitable place for the <span class="dictionary">court</span> to be held. Such county or city shall also provide all necessary furniture, filing cabinets and other equipment necessary for the efficient operation of the <span class="dictionary">court</span>.</p></section></text><history>1972, c. 708; 1973, c. 546.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
