						<section><p>The Commonwealth shall provide <span class="dictionary">dockets</span> and other books, stationery and supplies necessary for the efficient operation of all district <span class="dictionary">courts</span>. Notwithstanding any other provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span>, the Committee on District <span class="dictionary">Courts</span>, after consultation with the Executive Secretary of the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span>, may determine the form and character of the records of the district <span class="dictionary">courts</span> and <span class="dictionary">magistrates</span>. All <span class="dictionary">dockets</span> shall be uniform, and the form thereof shall also be subject to approval by the Auditor of Public Accounts.</p></section></text><history>1972, c. 708; 1973, c. 546; 1975, c. 334; 1985, c. 133.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
