						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">trial</span> of a warrant or <span class="dictionary">motion for judgment</span> under this title may be had within five days after service thereof except with the consent of the parties. Proceedings to enforce the rights and <span class="dictionary">privileges</span> conferred by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Short title; policy" href="/2.2-3700/">2.2-3700</a> et seq.) shall be conducted within the time limitations specified in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Proceedings for enforcement of chapter" href="/2.2-3713/">2.2-3713</a>.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 555; 1990, c. 217.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
