						<section><p>In the event the return day of any <span class="dictionary">civil action</span> or other proceeding is a day on which the <span class="dictionary">court</span> does not sit, such action or proceeding shall not be lost, but shall be deemed matured for <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> or other <span class="dictionary">disposition</span> by the <span class="dictionary">court</span> on the first day thereafter on which the <span class="dictionary">court</span> sits for <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> <span class="dictionary">civil actions</span>.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 555; 1958, c. 210.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
