						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">judge</span> of the general district <span class="dictionary">court</span>, rendering a <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> under the provisions of Chapter 19 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="When forthcoming bond taken; property remains in debtor's possession" href="/8.01-526/">8.01-526</a> et seq.) of Title 8.01, shall keep a record thereof in the same manner as he is required by <span class="dictionary">law</span> in other cases. He shall not <span class="dictionary">stay</span> execution upon such <span class="dictionary">judgment</span>, and shall endorse on any fieri facias issued thereon &#x201C;no security is to be taken.&#x201D;</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-461; 1962, c. 10; 1977, c. 624.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
