						<section><p>After a <span class="dictionary">court</span> is opened it shall, during the term, adjourn from day to day, unless the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall <span class="dictionary">order</span> otherwise, and if it fails to sit on any day to which it is adjourned it may nevertheless sit on any subsequent day of the term.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 5970, &#xA7; 17-23; 1944, p. 399; 1998, c. 872.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
