						<section><p>In cases appealed to the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> involving child abuse and neglect pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Appeals of certain actions of local departments" href="/63.2-1526/">63.2-1526</a>, proceedings shall be confidential and the record in the case shall be <span class="dictionary">sealed</span>.
