						<section><p>Any person who shall mutilate, destroy or take down any &#x201C;posted,&#x201D; &#x201C;no hunting&#x201D; or similar sign or poster on the lands or waters of another, or who shall post such sign or poster on the lands or waters of another, without the consent of the landowner or his agent, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span> and his hunting, fishing, and trapping license and <span class="dictionary">privileges</span> shall be revoked for a period of one to five years from the date of <span class="dictionary">conviction</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 29-167; 1962, c. 469; 1975, cc. 14, 15; 2010, c. 183.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
