						<section><p>If any person after having rented or leased from any other person an animal, aircraft, vehicle, boat or vessel shall willfully injure or damage the same, by hard or <span class="dictionary">reckless driving</span> or using, or by using the same in violation of any <span class="dictionary">statute</span> of this Commonwealth, or allow or permit any other person so to do, or hire the same to any other person without the consent of the bailor, such person shall be guilty of a Class 3 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 18.1-161; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
