						<section><p>If any person, with <span class="dictionary">intent</span> to commit <span class="dictionary">larceny</span> therefrom, break and open, or open, or carry away, any pump, tank, or other similar equipment or container used for dispensing or storing kerosene, gasoline or motor oils, he shall be guilty of a Class 6 <span class="dictionary">felony</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 18.1-169; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
