						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who willfully obtains <span class="dictionary">computer services</span> without authority is guilty of the <span class="dictionary">crime</span> of theft of <span class="dictionary">computer services</span>, which shall be punishable as a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.
