						<section><p>Every case manager, and any other employee who is designated by the director of any VASAP-certified local alcohol safety action program operated pursuant to this article to provide <span class="dictionary">probation</span> and related services, shall take an <span class="dictionary">oath</span> of office as prescribed in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Form of general oath required of officers" href="/49-1/">49-1</a>, by a person authorized to administer <span class="dictionary">oaths</span> pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Who may administer oaths to officers" href="/49-3/">49-3</a>, before entering the duties of his office.</p></section></text><history>2001, cc. 380, 396.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
