						<section><p>It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of a dead body as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/32.1-249/">32.1-249</a> (i) on private property without the written permission of the landowner or (ii) on public property.
		A violation of this section shall be punishable as a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>1992, c. 883.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
