						<section><p>If any person cast any dead animal into a road or knowingly permit any dead animal to remain unburied upon his property when offensive to the public or, having in <span class="dictionary">custody</span> any maimed, diseased, disabled or infirm animal, leave it to lie or be in a street, road or public place, he shall be guilty of a Class 3 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-70.1; 1958, c. 548; 1970, c. 72; 1975, cc. 14, 15.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
