						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">witness</span> called by the Commonwealth or by the <span class="dictionary">court</span>, giving <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> either before the <span class="dictionary">grand jury</span> or in any <span class="dictionary">prosecution</span> under this article, shall ever be prosecuted for the <span class="dictionary">offense</span> being prosecuted concerning which he testifies.
