						<section><p>Any person who smokes or uses an open flame within 25 feet of a medical oxygen source in a health care facility, as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/15.2-2820/">15.2-2820</a>, when the area is posted as an area where smoking and open flame are prohibited is guilty of a Class 2 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>2007, c. 430; 2009, cc. 153, 154.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
