						<section><p>If any active duty member of the United States Armed Forces is found guilty of a violation of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Assault and battery against a family or household member; penalty" href="/18.2-57.2/">18.2-57.2</a> or &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Persons charged with first offense of assault and battery against a family or household member may be placed on local community-based probation; conditions; education and treatment programs; costs and fees; violations; discharge" href="/18.2-57.3/">18.2-57.3</a>, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall report the <span class="dictionary">conviction</span> to family advocacy representatives of the United States Armed Forces.</p></section></text><history>2004, c. 681.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
