						<section><p>Every examination and <span class="dictionary">recognizance</span> for a <span class="dictionary">felony</span> taken under this chapter, shall, by the person taking it, be certified to the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the county or city in which the <span class="dictionary">party</span> charged is to be tried, or the <span class="dictionary">witness</span> is to appear, on or before the first day of its next term.
