						<section><p>Notwithstanding any other provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span>, any person sentenced to a term of incarceration of up to two years by the <span class="dictionary">courts</span> of the Twenty-second Judicial <span class="dictionary">Circuit</span> may be confined, at the discretion of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> and subject to applicable regulations, at the farm established and maintained by the City of Danville pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="County and city farms; persons who may be confined" href="/53.1-96/">53.1-96</a>; any person sentenced to such term by the Twenty-first Judicial <span class="dictionary">Circuit</span> may be so confined at the farm so established and maintained by the City of Martinsville; and any person sentenced to such term by the Seventh Judicial <span class="dictionary">Circuit</span> may be so confined at the farm so established and maintained by the City of Newport News.</p></section></text><history>1988, cc. 764, 785.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
