						<section><p>Every person released under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Eligibility for release" href="/19.2-313/">19.2-313</a> shall receive intensive <span class="dictionary">parole</span> supervision for a period of at least one and one-half years and may have <span class="dictionary">parole</span> supervision continued for a longer period, if the <span class="dictionary">Parole</span> Board deems it advisable.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 19.1-295.4; 1966, c. 579; 1975, c. 495; 2000, cc. 668, 690.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
