						<section><p>The attorney for the Commonwealth or the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall superintend the issuing of all executions or <span class="dictionary">judgments</span> for fines and penalties going wholly or in part to the Commonwealth or a county, city or town, in the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> or appropriate district <span class="dictionary">court</span> of his county or city.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 19.1-341.1; 1960, c. 366; 1975, c. 495; 1983, c. 499; 1992, c. 623; 1994, c. 811.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
