						<section><p>All claims shall be made under <span class="dictionary">oath</span>. Any person who asserts a false claim under the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of <span class="dictionary">perjury</span> and, in addition, shall be subject to <span class="dictionary">prosecution</span> under the provisions of Article 3 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Grand larceny defined; how punished" href="/18.2-95/">18.2-95</a> et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 18.2, and shall further forfeit any benefit received and shall reimburse and repay the Commonwealth for payments received or paid on his behalf pursuant to any of the provisions hereunder.</p></section></text><history>1976, c. 605.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
