						<section><p>Any unlawful electronic communication device possessed, manufactured or sold in violation of &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Possession of an unlawful electronic communication device or equipment etc., used to manufacture such device; penalty" href="/18.2-190.2/">18.2-190.2</a>, <a class="law" title="Sale of an unlawful electronic communication device; penalty" href="/18.2-190.3/">18.2-190.3</a> or &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Manufacture of an unlawful electronic communication device; penalty" href="/18.2-190.4/">18.2-190.4</a> may be seized and forfeited to the Commonwealth, and turned over to the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> in the city or county in which it was seized and such property shall be disposed of as provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span>.</p></section></text><history>2002, c. 671, &#xA7; 18.2-190.7; 2003, c. 354; 2004, c. 995.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
