						<section><p>All drug paraphernalia as defined in Article 1.1 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definition" href="/18.2-265.1/">18.2-265.1</a> et seq.) of Chapter 7 of Title 18.2 shall be forfeited to the Commonwealth and may be seized and disposed of in the same manner as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Disposal of seized controlled substances, marijuana, and paraphernalia" href="/19.2-386.23/">19.2-386.23</a>, subject to the rights of an innocent lienor, to be recognized as under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Exemptions" href="/19.2-386.8/">19.2-386.8</a>.</p></section></text><history>1981, c. 598, &#xA7; 18.2-265.4; 1993, c. 866; 2004, c. 995; 2012, cc. 283, 756.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
