						<section><p>All money, gambling devices, office equipment and other personal property used in connection with an illegal gambling enterprise or activity, and all money, stakes and things of value received or proposed to be received by a winner in any illegal gambling transaction, which are lawfully seized by any <span class="dictionary">law</span>-enforcement officer or which shall lawfully come into his <span class="dictionary">custody</span>, shall be forfeited to the Commonwealth in accordance with the procedures contained in Chapter 22.1 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Commencing an action of forfeiture" href="/19.2-386.1/">19.2-386.1</a> et seq.).</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7;&#xA7; 18.1-321, 18.1-323, 18.1-333, 18.1-341; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15, 576, &#xA7; 18.2-336; 2004, c. 995; 2012, cc. 283, 756.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
