						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">magistrate</span> shall receive claims or <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> of debt for collection; and it shall be unlawful for any <span class="dictionary">magistrate</span> to receive claims of any kind for collection, or to accept or receive money or any other things of value by way of commission or compensation for or on account of any collection made by or through him on any such claim, either before or after <span class="dictionary">judgment</span>.
