						<section><p>Upon receipt of a request and documentation of an <span class="dictionary">indictment</span> or issuance of a warrant from a <span class="dictionary">law</span>-enforcement agency, any public agency within the Commonwealth may disclose to the requesting <span class="dictionary">law</span>-enforcement agency from agency records, to the extent permitted by federal <span class="dictionary">law</span>, the address of an individual who has been indicted or for whom a warrant for <span class="dictionary">arrest</span> for a <span class="dictionary">crime</span> punishable by incarceration has been issued.</p></section></text><history>1998, c. 436.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
