						<section><p>Proceeds and any in-kind goods or services received from all sales or leases or conveyances of any interest in Department of State Police communication towers received pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Use of communication towers for deployment of wireless broadband services in unserved areas of the Commonwealth" href="/2.2-1150.2/">2.2-1150.2</a>, <a class="law" title="Conveyance of easements and appurtenances thereto to cable television companies, utility companies, public service companies, political subdivisions by state departments, agencies or institutions; communication towers; telecommunications companies" href="/2.2-1151/">2.2-1151</a>, and <a class="law" title="Sale or lease of surplus property and excess building space" href="/2.2-1156/">2.2-1156</a>, above the costs of the transaction, shall be deposited into a special account of the Department of State Police to be used to operate, acquire, construct, maintain, repair, or replace communication towers or sites.</p></section></text><history>2002, c. 477; 2008, cc. 676, 690; 2010, c. 286.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
