						<section><p>Every building or facility designed, constructed or substantially altered after the effective date of a standard issued under subsection B of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Facilities for persons with physical disabilities in certain buildings; definitions; construction standards; waiver; temporary buildings" href="/2.2-1159/">2.2-1159</a>, which is applicable to such building shall be designed, constructed or altered in accordance with such standard.</p></section></text><history>1970, c. 539, &#xA7; 2.1-109.05; 1977, c. 672, &#xA7; 2.1-519; 2001, c. 844.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
