						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> In <span class="dictionary">order</span> for the Commonwealth to take advantage of technological applications in providing services and solving problems of Virginia&#x2019;s citizens, there is a need to invest in new and emerging technologies that will provide for greater efficiencies, better responsiveness, and improved cybersecurity. The purpose of this article is to create the Virginia Technology Infrastructure Fund (the Fund).
