						<section><p>The position of Secretary of Labor (the Secretary) is created. The Secretary shall be responsible to the Governor for the following agencies: the Department of Labor and Industry, the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, the Department of Workforce Development and Advancement, and the Virginia Employment Commission. The Governor, by executive <span class="dictionary">order</span>, may assign any state executive agency to the Secretary.</p></section></text><history>2021, Sp. Sess.
