						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Attorney General</span> or his designee assigned as <span class="dictionary">counsel</span> to the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall provide instruction to the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> on its responsibilities and obligations as a supervisory <span class="dictionary">board</span> within 30 days after the initial appointment of members of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>. Thereafter, such <span class="dictionary">counsel</span> shall provide such instruction biennially.</p></section></text><history>2017, cc. 804, 824.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
