						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> may adopt, <span class="dictionary">amend</span>, and repeal such reasonable resolutions, rules, regulations, and <span class="dictionary">orders</span> as it deems necessary for the management, government, and use of any facility owned by it or under its control. No rule, regulation, <span class="dictionary">order</span>, or standard prescribed by the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> shall be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any <span class="dictionary">law</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commonwealth</span> or act of the Congress of the United <span class="dictionary">States</span> or any regulation adopted or standard established pursuant thereto. The <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> shall keep on file at the principal office of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> for public inspection a copy of all its rules and regulations.</p></section></text><history>1981, c. 569, &#xA7; 2.1-234.22; 2001, c. 844.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
