						<section><p>Notwithstanding the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Limitations on golf cart and utility vehicle operations on designated public highways" href="/46.2-916.3/">46.2-916.3</a>, the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> shall be solely responsible for regulating the operation of golf carts and utility vehicles within the <span class="dictionary">Area of Operation</span>. Regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> shall provide that golf carts and utility vehicles may only be used by <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> staff and contractors engaged by the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span> while such staff and contractors are conducting the official business of the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span>.</p></section></text><history>2012, cc. 436, 482.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
