						<section><p>As used in this article:
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Local workforce development board</span>&#x201D; means a <span class="dictionary">local workforce development board</span> established under &#xA7;&#xA0;107 of the <span class="dictionary">WIOA</span>.
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">One stop</span>&#x201D; means a conceptual approach to service delivery intended to provide a single point of access for receiving a wide range of workforce development and employment services, either on-site or electronically, through a single system.
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">One-stop center</span>&#x201D; means a physical site where employment and career services are provided, either on site or electronically, and access to career services, training services, and other partner program services are available for employers, employees, and job seekers.
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">One-stop operator</span>&#x201D; means a single entity or consortium of entities that operate a <span class="dictionary">one-stop center</span> or centers. Operators may be public or private entities competitively selected by a local workforce board.
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">WIOA</span>&#x201D; means the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-128).</p></section></text><history>2014, c. 815; 2015, cc. 275, 292, 435.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
