						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Unless exempted by <span class="dictionary">law</span>, all nonprobationary state employees shall be covered by the grievance procedure established pursuant to this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. Employees not covered by the grievance procedure may be covered by an alternative grievance procedure. <a id="paragraph-265972" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/2.2-3001/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
