						<section><p>Nothing contained in this chapter shall have any bearing upon disclosures required to be made pursuant to any <span class="dictionary">court order</span> or <span class="dictionary">subpoena</span>. No discretionary exemption from mandatory disclosure shall be construed to make records covered by such discretionary exemption privileged under the rules of <span class="dictionary">discovery</span>, unless disclosure is otherwise prohibited by <span class="dictionary">law</span>.</p></section></text><history>2014, c. 319.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
