						<section><p>Notwithstanding any provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span> to the contrary, whenever a state or local <span class="dictionary">public body</span> or school division purchases a flag of the United States or a flag of the Commonwealth for public use, such flag shall be made in the United States from articles, <span class="dictionary">materials</span>, or supplies that are grown, produced, and manufactured in the United States, if available.</p></section></text><history>2016, cc. 289, 297.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
