						<section><p>In instances where there is a defect or impropriety in an invoice or in the <span class="dictionary">goods</span> or <span class="dictionary">services</span> received, the <span class="dictionary">state agency</span> shall notify the supplier of the defect or impropriety, if the defect or impropriety would prevent payment by the <span class="dictionary">payment date</span>. The notice shall be sent within fifteen days after receipt of the invoice or the <span class="dictionary">goods</span> or <span class="dictionary">services</span>.</p></section></text><history>1984, c. 736, &#xA7; 11-62.4; 2001, c. 844.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
