						<section><p><span class="dictionary">Orders</span> of publication as provided for in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Order of publication against nonresident defendant" href="/20-104/">20-104</a> in any two or more suits for <span class="dictionary">annulment</span> or divorce may be combined into a single <span class="dictionary">order</span> to be published as required by <span class="dictionary">law</span>; provided that, at such time as the clerk may direct the <span class="dictionary">plaintiff</span> in each case shall pay to the clerk a pro rata share of the expense of such publication. Payments made by any <span class="dictionary">plaintiff</span> shall be subject to the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="How such suits instituted and conducted; costs" href="/20-99/">20-99</a> as to costs.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 581.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
