						<section><p>Any person interested may answer the <span class="dictionary">petition</span> and make defense thereto; and if upon such <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> the governing body of a county be of <span class="dictionary">opinion</span> that any property embraced within the limits of such proposed district will not be benefited by the establishment of such district, then such property shall not be embraced therein.</p></section></text><history>1940, p. 173; Michie Code 1942, &#xA7; 1560n; 2017, c. 14.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
