						<section><p>Any agreement heretofore entered by a county with one or more sanitary districts with respect to a unified system containing provisions substantially in compliance with &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Unified water supply and sewerage systems for counties and sanitary districts; power of county governing body to fix rates; application of Public Finance Act" href="/21-118.5/">21-118.5</a>, <a class="law" title="Same; application of revenues; tax levy where revenues insufficient" href="/21-118.6/">21-118.6</a> or <a class="law" title="Same; payment to county of revenues held by district" href="/21-118.7/">21-118.7</a>, and the proceedings heretofore taken with respect to such agreement, are hereby ratified, validated, confirmed and approved, notwithstanding that any provisions of said agreement may have been inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter prior to the enactment of &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Unified water supply and sewerage systems for counties and sanitary districts; power of county governing body to fix rates; application of Public Finance Act" href="/21-118.5/">21-118.5</a> to <a class="law" title="Same; ratification of prior agreements" href="/21-118.8/">21-118.8</a>.</p></section></text><history>1972, c. 221.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
