						<section><p>Notwithstanding anything in this article to the contrary, the board of supervisors or other governing body of a county and the requisite number of qualified voters may, with respect to any and all sanitary districts of whatsoever kind, whether heretofore or hereafter created pursuant to this article or pursuant to any other general or special act, exercise all of the powers granted them by &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Enlargement of sanitary districts" href="/21-116/">21-116</a>, <a class="law" title="Merger of sanitary districts" href="/21-117/">21-117</a>, <a class="law" title="Abolishing sanitary districts" href="/21-117.1/">21-117.1</a>, <a class="law" title="Powers and duties of governing body" href="/21-118/">21-118</a>, <a class="law" title="Authority to acquire property from United States or any agency thereof" href="/21-118.1/">21-118.1</a> and <a class="law" title="Certain additional powers of governing body" href="/21-118.4/">21-118.4</a>.</p></section></text><history>1968, c. 275.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
