						<section><p>The clerk of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall have notice served upon the railroad company of the time and place of <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> of the final report of viewers under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Assessment of benefits to railroads" href="/21-361/">21-361</a>, and the railroad company shall have the right to file objections to the report, and to <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> from the <span class="dictionary">findings</span> of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> in the same manner as any landowner, as provided in &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Jurisdiction of circuit courts to establish projects" href="/21-292/">21-292</a> through <a class="law" title="Assessment of benefits to railroads" href="/21-361/">21-361</a>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 1767.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
