						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of the City of Richmond shall have exclusive <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> of any suit brought in Virginia against the <span class="dictionary">Authority</span>, and process in such suit shall be served either on the State Comptroller or the Chairman of the <span class="dictionary">Board of Commissioners</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 22-29.14; 1962, c. 194; 1980, c. 559.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
