						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall provide local <span class="dictionary">school boards</span> maximum flexibility to <span class="dictionary">waive</span> existing instructional clock hour requirements by developing alternative instructional time models in accordance with regulations adopted by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> and <span class="dictionary">Board</span> guidelines related to instructional time <span class="dictionary">waivers</span>.</p></section></text><history>2024, c. 421.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
